Sponsorship Opportunities
FDRS 2024 Annual Conference is an opportunity for patients, physicians, and therapists to hear from thought leaders on the most up to date information and treatments available for lipedema, Dercum’s disease, and Madelung’s disease.
Our conference in 2022 drew 350 virtual and onsite attendees. On-site meal functions and networking breaks provide an all-too-rare opportunity for attendees to catch-up with old acquaintances and make new ones.

Sponsorships
The opening reception is an excellent opportunity for attendees to network and get to know one another. The opening reception sponsor helps to underwrite the cost of hosting the reception. As part of the sponsorship, the sponsor may present for 15 minutes during the reception regarding their products/services.
The lunch sponsor helps to underwrite the cost of lunch on Saturday. We serve a delicious and healthy meal which has earned rave reviews from attendees as “not a typical conference meal.” Signage will be placed at the entrance to the buffet recognizing your support, along with recognition on the conference app.
A big hit from conference attendees is the ability to stay in for dinner and enjoy the fellowship of other conference attendees. The dinner sponsor helps to underwrite the cost of dinner on Saturday. Signage will be placed at the entrance to the buffet recognizing your support and you will have access to network with conference attendees discussing your products and services.
The breakfast sponsor helps to underwrite the cost of breakfast either on Saturday or Sunday. We serve a hearty and healthy breakfast (not a continental breakfast). Signage will be placed at the entrance to the buffet recognizing your support.
Includes 2 conference registrations, special recognition as a silver sponsor, your logo on signage placed in registration area throughout the conference, attendee bag inserts (printed by you), and listing in conference printed materials.
FDRS provides a Mobile App for conference attendees to navigate the conference experience. The Mobile App Sponsor will receive banner advertisement placement and be recognized as the Mobile App Sponsor. The app continues to be a big hit and we need your help to underwrite this valuable technology.

Exhibitor Booths and Sponsorships with Exhibitor Booths
You provide the materials and we will include them inside all attendee bags.
Receipt of full payment secures your sponsorship options. Your organization understands that exhibit booths and sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of payment in full. Your organization understands that FDRS reserves the right to remove or refuse any registered organization or exhibit personnel from the conference facility or any event associated with our conferences, for failure to act in a professional or responsible manner or as deemed by FDRS, to be out of compliance with our guidelines and policies. You understand it is your responsibility to meet all artwork and submission deadlines set by FDRS in order to be included in any produced or support materials. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless FDRS fails to deliver the product(s) we have selected.
